Le rôle
Sectra se lance dans un projet pour mener des projets de remplacement de PACS à travers le Canada. Nous visons à révolutionner les solutions d'imagerie médicale dans les régions et les provinces, en exploitant la technologie de pointe et l'expertise de Sectra pour améliorer les soins aux patients et rationaliser les flux de travail médicaux. En tant qu'ingénieur technique, votre rôle consistera à concevoir, déployer et soutenir des systèmes critiques qui améliorent les résultats cliniques.
- Engagez-vous avec les administrateurs de systèmes hospitaliers et les utilisateurs finaux pour comprendre leurs opérations quotidiennes et leurs flux de travail.
- Responsable de l'installation et de la configuration des solutions d'imagerie d'entreprise de Sectra sur des plateformes de cloud public (notamment Microsoft Azure).
- Intégrez les produits de Sectra et d'autres systèmes de santé, y compris des algorithmes d'intelligence artificielle, en utilisant des API personnalisées et des interfaces basées sur des normes.
- Résolvez les problèmes tout en maintenant une communication continue avec les clients.
- Traitez les données des patients en pleine conformité avec les législations sur la confidentialité.
- Contribuez à la conception de plans d'autonomisation et de spécifications de configuration, et menez les processus d'installation pour mettre en œuvre des systèmes matériels et logiciels intégrés et des produits achetés par les clients.
- Prototyper et tester rigoureusement les solutions proposées pour leur faisabilité, leur fiabilité et leur qualité.
- Développez des spécifications de programme et de système pour répondre aux exigences techniques des clients et guidez l'autonomisation, la configuration ou le codage de produits et de solutions.
- Fournissez des informations techniques essentielles, des exigences et des estimations de coûts aux équipes de vente pour les propositions, les devis et les déclarations de travaux.
- Créez et maintenez la documentation pour offrir aux clients une ressource technique fiable pour un fonctionnement et une maintenance efficace des produits.

The role
Sectra is embarking on a journey to lead PACS replacement projects across Canada. We aim to revolutionize healthcare imaging solutions across regions and provinces, leveraging Sectra's cutting-edge technology and expertise to enhance patient care and streamline medical workflows. As a Technical Engineer your role will focus on designing, deploying, and supporting critical systems that drive improved clinical outcomes.
- Engage with hospital system administrators and end-users to understand their daily operations and workflows.
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of Sectra's enterprise imaging solutions on public cloud platforms (specifically Microsoft Azure).
- Integrate Sectra's products and other healthcare systems, including Artificial Intelligence algorithms, using custom APIs and standard-based interfaces.
- Troubleshoot issues while maintaining ongoing communication with customers.
- Handle patient data in full compliance with privacy legislations.
- Contribute to the design of enablement plans and configuration specifications and carry out installation processes to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers.
- Prototype and rigorously test proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality.
- Develop program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions.
- Provide essential technical information, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams for proposals, quotes, and statements of work.
- Create and maintain documentation to offer customers a reliable technical resource for effective product operation and maintenance.

- Excellentes compétences en communication, à la fois écrites et orales, en français et en anglais.
- Un diplôme en génie informatique avec un bon parcours académique, ou équivalent.

- Avoir des centres d'intérêt en dehors de l'école/du travail, comme le sport, la musique, l'aventure ou tout ce qui vous démarque.
- Serait également apprécié :
- Expérience de travail avec un service d'assistance informatique ou un service client
- Expérience de travail avec PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, IHE et autres normes d'interopérabilité en santé
- Expérience de travail avec Windows, MS SQL Server, SQL Server AlwaysOn, réseaux, Active Directory, regroupement de serveurs, outils de script, Microsoft Azure et VMware
- Capacité à communiquer dans plusieurs langues (le français serait un atout certain)

So are you a fit?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in French and English.
- A degree in computer engineering with strong academic performance, or equivalent.
- A passion for service excellence, with exceptional customer service.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven and enjoy a fast-paced work setting.

- Also nice to have:
- Experience working with IT service desk or customer service.
- Experience working with PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, IHE and other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience working with Windows, MS SQL Server, SQL Server AlwaysOn, networks, Active Directory, server clustering, scripting tools, Microsoft Azure and VMware.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages (French would be a definite asset).
