Who Are We Looking For?

  • Full-time COLLECTION AGENT to speak with customers on inbound/outbound calls to collect outstanding bills, resolve account delinquency by setting up payment arrangements/plans, follow up with customers by phone/Email, and comply with portfolio’s policies and procedures
  • Candidate with prior collection experience preferred – able to meet and exceed performance goals
  • The individual who thrives in a fast-paced and growth-oriented contact center environment
  • Highly customer-focused, willing to assist customers with a professional attitude
  • An individual who possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and bridging skills
  • Tech savvy and comfortable maneuvering between multiple applications
  • Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers
  • Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team
  • Is a strong team player, bringing a high level of enthusiasm and energy
  • Post-secondary school education or equivalent - Above the age of 18
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with active listening skills
  • Data entry, good knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • Ability to pass a background check with a valid Government ID
