Must be available Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm to join our amazing team.
School shift role
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm; school setting
Option to work with a client in the home setting, for evening care after 3pm.
Location of Work: Simcoe/Norfolk County

What you’ll be doing:
• As an RN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in the Niagara community. This position requires travel throughout Niagara Region for client shifts.
• This position utilizes a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.
• As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.
• You will teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.
• You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be more focused on care time and less travel time.

Job Qualification
• Registered Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
• Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire
• Current CPR certification required
