As a Physiotherapist at CBI Home Health, you’ll be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that leverages both in-person visits and virtual care technology to meet clients’ goals. Your work will make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

What You Need to Succeed:
Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
East Wellington Region including Rockwood, Mapleton, Minto, Drayton, Mount Forest
A commitment to person and family-centered care
Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
