Job Title: Pharmacy Manager Location: Chilliwack, BC

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Chilliwack, BC. As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering quality care to our customers and communities.

You will lead our pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners, manage inventory, schedule and train team members, and identify business strengths and patient needs.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing business growth strategies and plans, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices, and practicing at full scope.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists
  • Completion of the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only)
  • Completion of the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP)
  • Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience
