Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Chilliwack, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead our pharmacy team in providing excellent patient care and ensuring adherence to policies and best practices;
  • Manage inventory, schedule, and train team members;
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to identify business strengths and patient needs;
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists;
  • Completion of the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only);
  • Completion of the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP);
  • Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
