We are hiring for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a growing law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal who is highly motivated and detail-orientated to work on a diverse range of legal matters and to work in a collaborative and dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: Handling incorporations, continuations, amalgamations, dissolutions and restorations. Preparing and reviewing shareholder and partnership agreements. Drafting and managing leases and a range of commercial agreements. Corporate reorganizations, rollovers and tax-driven transactions. Maintaining regular client communication and supporting general office operations as needed. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm or legal department. Strong understanding of legal procedures, statutes and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
