Fleet Management (50%) Manage the NNCI fleet of ~300 vehicles in partnership with the fleet vendor and in alignment with HQ guidance. Oversee internal fleet processes, including monthly billing reviews, policy updates, inventory tracking, driver inquiries, and overall driver satisfaction. Lead semi-annual fleet replacement cycles. Collaborate with the Director, Accounting & Fleet to review vehicle offerings and ensure the selector is cost-effective, meets driver needs, and aligns with the global environmental strategy. Oversee the fleet safety program. Review and approve driver fleet expenses in Concur. Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain internal controls across all fleet management processes. Procurement (50%) – Request for Proposals (RFPs) Support the Procurement Associate Director or Procurement Specialist in facilitating the full RFP process—from content development and posting to supplier negotiations, award, and contracting. Partner with Lines of Business (LoBs) to develop business requirements and draft RFP documentation.
