Fleet Management (50%)

  • Manage the NNCI fleet of ~300 vehicles in partnership with the fleet vendor and in alignment with HQ guidance.
  • Oversee internal fleet processes, including monthly billing reviews, policy updates, inventory tracking, driver inquiries, and overall driver satisfaction.
  • Lead semi-annual fleet replacement cycles.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Accounting & Fleet to review vehicle offerings and ensure the selector is cost-effective, meets driver needs, and aligns with the global environmental strategy.
  • Lead the strategy and transition toward electric vehicles.
  • Oversee the fleet safety program.
  • Review and approve driver fleet expenses in Concur.
  • Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain internal controls across all fleet management processes.
  • Manage the relationship with Wheels and follow up on all vendor-related inquiries.

Procurement (50%) – Request for Proposals (RFPs)

  • Support the Procurement Associate Director or Procurement Specialist in facilitating the full RFP process—from content development and posting to supplier negotiations, award, and contracting.
  • Partner with Lines of Business (LoBs) to develop business requirements and draft RFP documentation.
  • Arrange and facilitate RFP evaluation meetings.
  • Assist LoBs in identifying additional suppliers in the marketplace.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for potential supplier challenges or debriefing requests.
