This Tax Director role requires 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience. You will address accounting methods, operating partnerships, LLCs, and related tax issues. The position supports M&A tax structuring, internal restructuring, written guidance, tax alerts, and firm-wide training.
Key Responsibilities: Research federal income tax issues and analyze applicable guidance
Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
Draft emails and tax memoranda
Prepare firm-wide alerts on current developments
Assist with firm-wide tax trainings
Requirements: CPA, JD, or LL. M in Tax
20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
Experience with National Tax Office work or accounting methods
Strong LLC and partnership tax issue experience
Experience working at a large accounting firm
