Research federal income tax issues and analyze applicable guidance Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring Draft emails and tax memoranda Prepare firm-wide alerts on current developments Assist with firm-wide tax trainings Requirements:
CPA, JD, or LL.M in Tax 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience Experience with National Tax Office work or accounting methods Strong LLC and partnership tax issue experience Experience working at a large accounting firm Bring federal tax consulting, accounting methods, and partnership expertise to EisnerAmper’s Tax Group as a Tax Director.
