NI 52-109 Compliance Supporting the CEO/CFO Certification (“C3”) operational effectiveness assessments of internal controls over financial reporting and disclosure controls and procedures by ensuring the timely completion of C3 testing activities as performed by various stakeholders across the company and independent testing completed by internal audit team. About You
