This is a temporary position lasting 14 months
Your Role

Understand business challenges to design and implement effective internal communication strategies.
Collaborate with business sectors and various organizational levels to align messages and maximize impact.
Draft relevant and creative content by identifying impactful angles and key messages.
Ensure communications are consistent with the Bank’s strategic directions and values.
Develop tools and messages to inform employees, especially sales forces, ensuring they adopt initiatives and achieve business goals.
Write key messages to mitigate reputation risks and address dissatisfaction.
Your Team
The Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility Vice Presidency includes over nine dynamic and creative specialists known for their advisory expertise, collaboration, and influence. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications for Individuals and Businesses, you will work in an inspiring team where camaraderie and creativity shine.
The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility. You will benefit from personalized training programs, such as the Data Academy and Harvard Learning Center, to deepen your expertise and develop new skills.
Prerequisites

Completed bachelor’s degree with six years of relevant experience,or completed master’s degree with four years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience designing internal communication strategies within a large organization.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high attention to detail.
Knowledge of best practices in communication and collaboration tools
