Date: December 5, 2025 Position Id# PL339 – 3on 3off Staffed Residence Posting: Full-Time Location: Lethbridge Start Date: December 15, 2025 Hours: 3 on 3 off Rotation, Classification: CDSW Summary: Shifts include supporting a gentleman with basic hygiene, home living skills such as cooking, meal prep, cleaning as well as community access and engagement (paper route, volunteering). A fun, bubbly person with a creative outlook on ideas/ activities would thrive in this role. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and experience managing behavioral escalation and implementing safety plans would be an asset. Staff must be available for all weekend shifts that fall on their rotation. Physical demands of the job include shoveling snow, and assisting with lawn mowing. Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required. Qualifications: Diploma in Disability Supports and/or related education preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required. A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required. Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification. Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver's license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required. Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.
