As a senior member of the product team, you will utilize your expertise in software development to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your role includes direct oversight of ongoing enhancements and effective mentoring of peers. Collaborate with product teams to define features that improve user experiences and optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-quality software products
• Provide guidance and technical support to team members
• Monitor application performance and resolve client issues
• Participate in defining technical directions and roadmaps
• Implement and advance automated testing practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficient in Python, React, and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
