Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in emergency and critical care to join our team at Dawson Creek & District Hospital. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the emergency and critical care units, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, using sound judgment and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Experience in emergency and critical care nursing, with a minimum of one year recent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $41.42 to $55.91 per hour, depending on experience.
