PARTS SPECIALIST We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to support our parts and accessories operations. Assist customers in obtaining required parts and accessories: walk-in, telephone or internal inquiries Deliver exceptional customer service Participate in inventory cycle counts. Accurately document all shipping and receiving of parts TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Previous Parts Specialist experience is considered an asset Computer experience is an asset Adhere to safety protocols in an industrial setting Ability to work in a collaborative digital environment (e.g., Microsoft 365 suite) Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Work hours: 40 hours per week, Employment status : full time Workdays: Monday to Friday, Hours: from 7 h 30 to 4 h pm A competitive salary, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
