Titre / Title: Spécialiste UI/UX / UI/UX Specialist Lieu / Location: 100 % à distance au sein de la province de Québec / 100% remote within the Province of Québec Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en ergonomie web design et en conception d'interfaces Web. Minimum de 3 années d'expérience avec les logiciels de design de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Langue: Français requis Le spécialiste UX/UI aidera l'organisation à concevoir des applications avec une expérience utilisateur fluide et intuitive par le biais de divers livrables. Le designer travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les propriétaires de produits, les analystes d'affaires, l'équipe des communications, le designer Web et les développeurs afin d'assurer une performance hors pair de la nouvelle solution numérique pour les personnes visées (citoyens, partenaires et employés). Fournir des conseils et des solutions créatives pour une variété de demandes liées à la conception interactive et visuelle; Créer des modèles et des prototypes pour effectuer des tests et obtenir de la rétroaction rapidement; Comprendre les besoins en matière d'identité et de normes visuelles et agir comme le défenseur de cette dernière afin d'assurer une unicité et une constance dans le cadre du développement de projets en ligne; Assurer la qualité de l'expérience utilisateur tout au long de la démarche, de la planification à la livraison des mandats; Être responsable de la convivialité des solutions numériques et de l'expérience utilisateur qu'ils procurent; Être à l'affût des nouvelles tendances en design d'interaction, graphisme et expérience utilisateur web; Collaborer avec les équipes de développement Front-end afin d'assurer l'intégrité de la conception et le respect des normes graphiques pendant le développement; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in web design ergonomics and web interface design. Experience working on at least three (3) projects using agile methodology. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Language: French required. The UX/UI Specialist will help the organization design applications with a smooth and intuitive user experience through various deliverables. The designer will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, the Communications team, the Web Designer, and developers to ensure outstanding performance of the new digital solution for target users (citizens, partners, and employees). Be responsible for optimizing and simplifying the user experience and user interface design; Provide advice and creative solutions for a variety of interactive and visual design requests; Identify opportunities to improve the user experience; Create mockups and prototypes to conduct testing and quickly gather feedback; Understand branding and visual standards requirements and act as their advocate to ensure consistency and coherence throughout online project development; Ensure the quality of the user experience throughout the process, from planning to delivery; Be responsible for the usability of digital solutions and the user experience they provide; Stay up to date with new trends in interaction design, graphic design, and web user experience; Collaborate with Front-end development teams to ensure design integrity and compliance with graphic standards during development;
