Contracts & Proposals Administration • Ensure adherence to internal contract and proposal policies and procedures. • Prepare summaries of executed agreements, outlining key obligations, risks, and deliverables. • Maintain and update the contracts and proposals database with accuracy and timeliness. • Identify and analyze issues related to contracts and proposals, providing effective solutions. • Manage renewals, amendments, and documentation in alignment with contract lifecycle requirements. • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations to support risk mitigation and business continuity. • Provide cross-functional support, using legal and contractual expertise to enhance operational efficiency.
