About the Company   

Our client is a large property management company and development looking to hire a Jr Systems Administrator. 

 

About the Opportunity 

This is a new addition to the team. The focus of the role will be two areas supporting internal stakeholders with tier 2 /3 and server management. This role will report to the Sr. Manager and will assist in infrastructure upgrade and maintenance projects.  

 

70 to 80% service desk and 20 to 30 % server administration  

 

Current infrastructure:  

  • 50 Azure servers, 40 enterprise applications, 350 to 400 IT users  

  • Fresh service which is like ServiceNow started by the same folks  

  • Enterprise application – Oracle JDE hosted by Syntax based in Montreal, hosted externally , Power BI, implementing OneStream 

 

About You 

  • Min 4 years of tier 2 support experience with Windows environment and Intune support  

  • Working knowledge of Azure – build VM, server support/maintenance  

  • At least 4 years of exp with O365  

  • Understanding of ITIL framework (CAB, change management, problem management)  

  • Customer service approach to work with various non technical users  

  • Excellent communication skills – working with stakeholders / vendors

Salary Range 

$70,000/year
