Your mission will be to lead the various phases of projects - from planning to delivery - while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. You'll be a central point of contact between the construction site, the office, and all stakeholders, actively contributing to performance goals and client satisfaction. Sounds great, but what does a typical day as a Projects Manager look like? Track and document site journals; Monitor dans update schedules (using MS Project); Participate in workforce planning for the site; Update change directives; Communicate with various project stakeholders; Review project contractual documents; Read plans and specifications; Ensure communication and documentation flow between the site and the office; Conduct quality follow-ups and site supervision; Perform other related tasks. What you'll need : Knowledge of the construction industry, especially formwork (an asset). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; A valid driver's license; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships; General health and safety training for construction sites; 2025 WHMIS certification (an asset); Dynamism and leadership.
