Bilingual Service Coordinator (French Required) Location : Concord, Ontario | On-site Our client is seeking a dependable Bilingual Service Coordinator to help manage day-to-day service dispatch operations for Quebec, while providing additional support to Central dispatch when needed. Coordinate service dispatches for the Quebec region Provide support to Central dispatch as required Handle incoming customer inquiries in French and English Manage inventory and logistics related to parts and equipment Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service calls Fluent in French and English Experience coordinating technicians or dispatching is an asset Competitive base salary of $55,000 to $58,000 Consistent hours in a stable, on-site role This position offers long-term reliability in a calm and well-organized environment.
