Je suis présentement à la recherche, pour un de nos clients, d'un technicien informatique. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, sur site, à Vaudreuil-Dorion. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (50 000 $ à 60 000 $).
Vos missions seront :

I'm currently looking for an IT technician for one of our customers. This is a permanent position, on site, in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Salary varies according to experience ($50,000 to $60,000).
Your duties will include :
* Ensure the reception, processing and follow-up of all level support requests.
* Maintain documentation of support tickets, system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
* Provide support, installation, configuration and troubleshooting for computers, printers, telephony, peripherals and internal applications.
* Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365 for all employees.
* Administer access and identities.
* Manage hardware inventory.
* Participate in various stages of IT implementation projects.

* College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in computer science.
* 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of Windows environments.
* Proficiency in office automation tools and Office 365.
* Knowledge of IP telephony (asset).
* Knowledge of the cloud and SharePoint (asset).
