I'm currently looking for an IT technician for one of our customers. This is a permanent position, on site, in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Salary varies according to experience ($50,000 to $60,000).Your duties will include :* Ensure the reception, processing and follow-up of all level support requests. * Maintain documentation of support tickets, system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.* Provide support, installation, configuration and troubleshooting for computers, printers, telephony, peripherals and internal applications.* Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365 for all employees.* Administer access and identities.* Manage hardware inventory.* Participate in various stages of IT implementation projects.* College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in computer science.* 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position.* Knowledge of Windows environments.* Proficiency in office automation tools and Office 365.* Knowledge of IP telephony (asset).* Knowledge of the cloud and SharePoint (asset).
