About the Role The Business Growth Specialist will play a key role in expanding HotTakes’ presence across North America. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and leading initiatives that drive user growth and brand visibility. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on outreach, relationship-building, and creating meaningful connections with partners, talent, and sponsors. You’ll represent HotTakes in new markets, traveling across North America to meet potential collaborators and execute growth initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and manage strategies to grow HotTakes across key North American markets. Identify, engage, and secure new partners, including brands, affiliates, and influencer talent. Travel to meet potential sponsors, creators, and partners in person. Lead regional teams or projects focused on partnership growth and outreach. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on go-to-market strategies. Track partnership performance and continuously optimize for growth. Represent HotTakes with energy, professionalism, and creativity. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming, sports, or entertainment industries. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Familiarity with affiliate or partnership programs is considered an asset. Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently. Driven, adaptable, and passionate about innovation and growth. Why Join Us?
