You Will:Gather, analyze and establish service requirementsDesign and develop service concepts such as remote software installation, remote (event) monitoring, and unified service toolsAnalyze and develop services as required by the Product/Solutions teamsEstablish service acceptance criteria & validations test planStructure design package for use by connected partiesLiaison between Service and R&DYou Must Have:Bachelor’s Computer Science/Engineering preferred or equivalent education and experience3 yrs experience in the field of engineering IT service support concepts, tools and systems managementSolid knowledge with the latest IT technology: Wintel, Sun Solaris platforms, database systems, networking & communication technology, storageFamiliar with latest web technologyKnowledge of systems monitoring technologyStrong organizational, documentation and time management skillsExcellent problem solving skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAnalytical approachStrong written and oral communicationSelf learnerITIL knowledge is an assetOur client, a worldwide leader in healthcare solutions has engaged ROSS ( www.getROSS.com ) to help them recruit a Service Design Specialist.
