We are looking for an Executive Director to join our Team.Whether on our stages at our home on The Cut, touring to schools and community centres across South London, premiering a play in the West End or on Broadway, streaming our work across the country and around the world – the Young Vic is actively working to be a theatre for everyone.At the heart of the Young Vic’s values is an unwavering commitment to community – to the broad community of theatre and to our community in Lambeth and Southwark.We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director who will provide inspirational strategic leadership as we transition to a new Artistic Director. You will facilitate the delivery of the Young Vic’s artistic programme, drive a rigorous financial model, lead our talented and diverse teams, and promote a dynamic, inclusive organisational culture.This is a crucial role and we actively encourage people from a variety of backgrounds with different experiences, skills and stories to join us and influence and develop our working practice. We are particularly keen to hear from Black and Global Majority people, and candidates who self-identify as disabled.
