A leading global tech company is looking for a Senior Workday Specialist to join their Talent Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTE) . This role focuses on Absence, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules in Workday, supporting HR systems and processes across a global workforce.

Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Absence, Payroll, and Time Tracking.

Manage configurations, permissions, audits, and data integrity.

Collaborate with internal HR and regional payroll teams (Canada & U.Identify process improvements and help optimize system functionality.

4+ years of Workday experience, focused on Absence, Payroll, and/or Time Tracking.

~ Experience with absence policies in global environments.

~ Advanced reporting and Excel skills.
