Our mission statement is simple: “Always make the right decision for the Customer.” We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant in Managed Services/Customer Success looking to expand their career with a growing dynamic consulting company. The role will focus on providing responsive application-level support for our customers’ production and non-production environments, and internal process optimization. Provide remote support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules Resolve functional and technical issues for business users Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions Configure, test, and document system changes and reports Collaborate with stakeholders and Oracle support to resolve issues Support upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts Deliver end-user training and create support documentation Stay current on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and industry trends Manage and troubleshoot system integrations Identify and implement process improvements and automation Track project tasks and communicate status updates Liaise with Oracle and vendors to resolve escalated issues Handle service requests via internal and external ticketing systems 5+ years of consulting experience in a similar role ~5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience within Performance & Goals, Talent Management, Learn, and/or Time & Labor modules ~ Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities ~ Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or its equivalent. ~ Travel up to no more than 5% may be required as per need basis 401k retirement plan including employer match ~ Paid time off and company paid holidays ~ Paid parental leave ~ Life insurance, short and long term disability coverage options ~ Mental and emotional wellness support application ~ Commitment to work-life balance and comprehensive onboarding and on-going personal and career development Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 - 135,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
