The goal is to enhance and preserve the Canadian Brewhouse’s reputation with quality customer service skills, innovative brain-power, and a can-do attitudeWhat roles are we looking to fill?Assistant General ManagerGeneral ManagerWhat we’re looking for:A Passion for People and relationship building2-4 years of business management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentHospitality or Food and Beverage industry experience is considered an assetProven strategic problem-solving skillsIn-depth knowledge of financial tools – ie. P&L, COGs, Inventory, etc.Strong ability to communicate effectivelyPersonal organization and time management skillsResponsibilities:Oversee all departmental managers and hourly employees including their roles/responsibilities – be a mentor, a coach, and a leaderRun weekly manager meetings and ensure communication from all levelsRegularly communicate feedback and recognition to your teamFacilitate onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees and managersEmbrace The Canadian Brewhouse values and cultureEnsure the interior and exterior of the building is kept to the highest standard – our house is your houseComplete payroll, place orders, create schedules, track fundraisers, and other weekly office dutiesReview and maintain safety, sanitation and food-safe practicesPlan, organize and facilitate in-house and outside events – ie.
