About the Role:


As a Customer Service Specialist , you will play a key role in managing MREL’s Blasting Instrumentation yearly calibration and repair services (RMA Business) for customers and dealers worldwide. Your mission? Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing top-tier service and seamless coordination throughout the RMA process.


Key Responsibilities:


✅ Market and manage MREL’s calibration and repair services for global customers and dealers.

✅ Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming calibration needs.

✅ Respond to customer requests for service and coordinate RMAs efficiently.

✅ Generate quotes for calibration and repairs while ensuring a smooth transaction process.

✅ Work closely with internal teams, including MREL RMA Staff, Dealers, and Order Fulfillment.

✅ Collaborate with the Marketing Team to enhance communication strategies for the RMA Business.

✅ Able to travel internationally.


What You Bring to the Role:


Bilingual in English and Spanish (minimum).

Excellent communication skills – customer-focused, professional, and caring.

✔ Strong ability to follow structured processes while also suggesting improvements .

✔ A passion for helping customers and understanding that selling a service is, in fact, helping them.

Results-driven mindset – focused on both customer satisfaction and sales success.

✔ Background in mine blasting and explosives is a plus
