In this crucial role, you will observe, mentor, and evaluate students within Early Learning Centres. Your focus will be on facilitating a supportive environment, tracking student progress, and collaborating on assessments. This position is instrumental in shaping future educators' careers through hands-on guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and monitor student activities in ELC placements
• Assist with weekly student reports and evaluations
• Provide feedback to enhance student learning
• Collaborate on practicum checklist completion
• Document daily performance of students in software
Requirements:
• 5+ years in child care management roles
• ECE III certification is required
• Experience in teaching and mentorship is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends if required
