In this crucial role, you will observe, mentor, and evaluate students within Early Learning Centres. Your focus will be on facilitating a supportive environment, tracking student progress, and collaborating on assessments. This position is instrumental in shaping future educators' careers through hands-on guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and monitor student activities in ELC placements
- Assist with weekly student reports and evaluations
- Provide feedback to enhance student learning
- Collaborate on practicum checklist completion
- Document daily performance of students in software
Requirements:
- 5+ years in child care management roles
- ECE III certification is required
- Experience in teaching and mentorship is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends if required
