If you have a passion for masonry and experience in estimating, we want to hear from you Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Masonry Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of masonry work and construction estimating, along with a proven track record of accurately and efficiently estimating masonry projects. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing project costs, preparing detailed estimates, and supporting the successful execution of masonry construction projects. Your expertise will help drive project profitability, ensure competitive pricing, and foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality masonry projects while utilizing your skills in construction estimating and project management. Key Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and drawings related to masonry work. Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for masonry projects. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers. Source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors. Prepare bid proposals and submit estimates on time. Ensure estimates align with project budgets and client expectations. Maintain knowledge of current market prices, materials, and construction methods. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Masonry Construction Estimator or similar role. Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and construction processes. Familiarity with estimating software and spreadsheets. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of safety standards and building codes related to masonry work. Preferred: Experience working on commercial and residential masonry projects. Valid driver's license and willingness to visit project sites as needed.
