Lead global operations for Galvion, directing manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain across Canada, the United States, UK, and Poland.
As Senior Vice President, Global Operations, you will report to the Founder and CEO and guide the company’s operational functions. Your scope includes manufacturing operations, quality management, global supply chain, production planning, ERP strategy, and operational risk. You will help establish common standards, performance metrics, and processes across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop global operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production planning
- Establish operating standards, KPIs, and shared best practices
- Direct organizational change and multi-site leadership development
- Manage budgets, CAPEX, compliance, and operational risk
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or business
- At least 18 years of progressive operations leadership experience
- At least eight years in a senior executive role
- Defense, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing experience
- Experience leading multi-site, multi-country manufacturing operations
