We are seeking a driven, professional Dealership Training Sales Representative to sell automotive training programs directly to car dealerships and dealer groups. This role focuses on building relationships with decision-makers and helping dealerships increase revenue through professional staff training. The ideal candidate understands dealership operations, is confident speaking with managers and owners, and thrives in a commission-driven, consultative sales environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage automotive dealerships (new and existing accounts) Present training solutions for window tint, PPF, coatings, and related services Educate dealership management on the financial benefits of in-house training Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with decision-makers Build long-term relationships with dealer principals, GMs, and service managers Customize training proposals based on dealership needs Close training agreements and coordinate onboarding Maintain accurate records in CRM Collaborate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery Represent the brand professionally at industry events when required Required Qualifications Proven B2B or dealership sales experience Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Comfortable selling high-value services (training, education, consulting) Self-motivated with excellent time management Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and remotely Valid driver's license (if travel is required) Preferred Qualifications Automotive dealership experience (sales, management, F&I, or vendor side) Experience selling training, services, or aftermarket products Existing dealership contacts or network CRM experience Understanding of dealership profit centers and upsells Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Uncapped earning potential Performance bonuses Training and product knowledge support Opportunity for growth into senior sales or management roles Who This Role Is Ideal For Sales professionals who enjoy consultative B2B selling Individuals comfortable speaking with owners and managers Automotive professionals transitioning into vendor-side sales Self-starters who want uncapped earning potential How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief summary of your sales experience and why you're a good fit for dealership-focused training sales.
