About The Medical Imaging Department As part of the Joint Department of Medical Imaging with University Health Network, Women's College Hospital, and Mount Sinai Hospital's Medical Imaging Department provides a state-of-the-art environment for leading edge clinical practice, teaching, and research programs. An international leader in medical imaging, we conduct a large volume of various exams for diverse patient populations from the Emergency Department to outpatients and inpatients. The department features state-of-the-art technology and a team of innovative professionals dedicated to patient care. In This Role You Will Receive, process and schedule Medical Imaging procedures Screen patients for necessary PPID and Falls Prevention Ensure the provision of optimum customer service through efficient delivery Answer telephones, retrieve voicemails and return calls in a timely manner Respond to inquiries made by patients, visitors and hospital staff Verify and update patient demographic data Create and register patients in the Hospital Information System (HIS) Ensure
