Organizational Change Management Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Contract: 12 months Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & French) We're looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting training, communication, and go-live readiness while minimizing resistance and maximizing project impact. Change Strategy Deployment Adapt and implement the central OCM strategy locally in line with project timelines and organizational culture. Impact & Readiness Analysis Conduct local change impact assessments Support role mapping, gap analysis, and process design Partner with managers, HR, and business leaders to align messaging and support Communication & Training Develop bilingual communications (intranet, newsletters, presentations) Support training delivery (e-learning, ILT, job aids) and coordinate local training needs Change Champion Network Build and support a local network of Change Champions Lead on-site hypercare and daily support meetings Monitor training completion, user adoption, and feedback 8+ years in Organizational Change Management ~ At least one full SAP implementation (S/4HANA or ECC) ~ Proven facilitation, training, and stakeholder management skills ~ Excellent communication in both French and English ~ Bachelor's in Business, HR, Communications, or related field Experience with Greenfield S/4HANA implementations Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology Background in large-scale ERP consolidation projects Global/multi-site OCM experience Consultant en gestion du changement - SAP S/4HANA Lieu : Montréal, QC (Hybride - Présence requise 4 jours/semaine) Contrat : 12 mois Langues : Bilingue (français et anglais) Nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) expérimenté(e) en gestion du changement organisationnel (OCM) pour accompagner une importante transformation SAP S/4HANA. En tant que personne-ressource dédiée au site de Montréal, vous serez responsable de l'exécution locale de la stratégie de changement, de l'engagement des parties prenantes et de la préparation des utilisateurs à la transition. Mise en œuvre de la stratégie OCM Adapter et déployer la stratégie centrale selon les besoins spécifiques du site de Montréal. Analyse d'impacts et préparation au changement Réaliser des analyses d'impacts locaux Collaborer avec les gestionnaires et RH pour la cartographie des rôles Coordonner avec les RH, gestionnaires et leaders d'affaires Communication & formation Rédiger des communications bilingues (intranet, infolettres, présentations) Appuyer la coordination de la formation locale (e-learning, ILT, aides-mémoires) Créer et soutenir un réseau local de champions du changement Fournir des outils de communication et d'animation Suivre les indicateurs de formation, adoption et satisfaction Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en gestion du changement Participation à un cycle complet d'implantation SAP (S/4HANA ou ECC) Excellentes compétences en communication et animation Bilinguisme français/anglais Baccalauréat en affaires, RH, communication ou domaine connexe Expérience en implantation SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Connaissance de la méthodologie SAP Activate Expérience dans des projets de consolidation ERP Expérience dans un contexte international ou multisite
