Titre du poste : Spécialiste en recrutement Statut : Contrat 6 mois DART Aerospace offre des solutions de conception, de fabrication et de certification parmi les plus reconnues de l’industrie des hélicoptères et de l’aérospatiale. Avec plus de 1 500 STC et plus de 10 000 produits, DART propose l’un des portefeuilles les plus complets de produits après-marché, d’accessoires, de pièces de rechange et d’outillage pour les opérateurs civils et militaires. Nous soutenons fièrement les principaux OEM d’hélicoptères, dont Airbus, Bell, Leonardo, Robinson, MD et Sikorsky. Nos gammes de produits incluent notamment des systèmes de lutte aérienne contre les incendies, des systèmes de flottaison d’urgence, des composants de train d’atterrissage, de l’outillage et de l’équipement de soutien au sol, des accessoires intérieurs et extérieurs, des solutions d’expansion de cargaison, des fenêtres et portes, des coupe-câbles, ainsi que des équipements de charge externe. Nous recherchons un Spécialiste en Acquisition de Talents pour soutenir nos activités de recrutement pendant une période de croissance. Vous serez responsable de recruter efficacement pour nos postes clés dans la production, l’ingénierie et les fonctions corporatives. Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement (affichage, tri, entrevues, références, offres). Réaliser du sourcing actif sur LinkedIn Recruiter et autres plateformes. Recruter des rôles variés, incluant : Métiers spécialisés (assembleurs, machinistes, inspecteurs qualité, outilleurs, etc.) Postes techniques et professionnels Maintenir une communication proactive avec les candidats et gérer les pipelines de talents. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment activities during a period of rapid growth and operational expansion. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across key roles in manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions. Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers). Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend effective recruitment strategies. Draft, refine, and post engaging job descriptions tailored to the market. Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. Recruit for a wide range of positions, including: Skilled trades (assemblers, machinists, quality inspectors, toolmakers, etc.) Technical and professional positions Maintain strong candidate communication and manage talent pipelines. Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. 2–5 years of recruitment experience, including significant experience recruiting in manufacturing and skilled trades environments. ~ Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume or fast-paced recruitment mandates. ~ Bilingual (French/English) preferred
