Business Performance Advisor

The Business Consultant is a seasoned business professional responsible for delivering strategic consulting services to clients across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. The Business Consultant will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex client engagements, and drive measurable business outcomes by providing high-impact solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, profitability, and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior management, working collaboratively to solve complex business problems, implement change, and deliver sustainable results. Your ability to blend strategic insights with operational execution will be critical in helping clients meet their goals. Manufacturing / assembly Warehouse / inventory management Strong business acumen across functional areas ~ Master of Business Administration an asset Lean certification an asset Experience in project execution / IT project management ~ PMP, Agile, or Waterfall certification is an asset Native level English a requirement Proven experience directly managing direct reports an asset Meira is made up of a team of helpful, passionate, resourceful people who love all things business.
