As a specialist in IT projects, Infotel Conseil assists its clients in managing and evolving their IT assets.This position is offered for a client in the aerospace sector, based in Mirabel, Canada, as part of a strategic IT and quality programme.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Non-Conformity Management with a strong understanding of quality processes.The mission focuses on designing and implementing new processes and digital solutions for managing non-conformities, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the organisation.Important: The Subject Matter Expert brings expertise to create robust frameworks, workflows, and tools that will transform quality management practices.Location: Mirabel, CanadaResponsibilitiesAct as the expert advisor on non-conformity management for aerospace programmes.Define and implement new processes and governance models for handling non-conformities across design and production phases.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and IT teams to develop innovative digital solutions for quality management, including automation and data-driven tools.Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements in all proposed processes.Support the integration of SAP-based solutions for non-conformity tracking and management.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance on best practices.Facilitate change management and training related to new quality tools and processes.Profile RequiredExtensive experience in aerospace quality managementStrong knowledge of non-conformity processes, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.Familiarity with SAP tools for quality and non-conformity management.Ability to design and optimise processes, with a strategic and analytical mindset.Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive adoption.Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).Why Join Us?You will play a key role in shaping the future of quality management in aerospace, working on high-impact projects that combine technical expertise and digital transformation.
