Internally, nearly 50% of our employees have been with Point 1 for over 10 years, reflecting a stable and collaborative environment where people tend to stay and grow.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Client & Operations Program Manager to work closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) and support the smooth flow of work across both client-facing and internal teams.This role sits within the Office of the EVP and focuses on helping coordinate intake, prioritization, communication, and follow-through across Sales, Design, Estimating, and Operations. It is not a production leadership role. Instead, it supports day-to-day operations by helping keep priorities clear, information aligned, and projects moving forward.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the work, collaborating across teams, and bringing structure and organization to multi-step projects.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Project IntakeSupport the intake of new client requests and project briefsReview incoming information to help ensure it is clear, complete, and feasibleWork with internal teams to clarify scope, timelines, and expectations before work beginsHelp create and maintain project records and dossiers for internal teamsCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Sales, Design, Estimating, and Operations to help keep projects on trackHelp ensure teams have the right information at the right timeAssist with aligning priorities and sequencing of workMonitor progress and help flag when momentum slows or handoffs need attentionEVP Support & Priority ManagementHelp maintain the EVP’s project and priority trackerSupport filtering and organizing incoming requests to the EVPAssist with follow-ups so commitments are visible and trackedSupport communication and coordination on behalf of the EVP when neededFollow-Through & AlignmentHelp track commitments across teams and support follow-throughAssist in identifying risks or misalignment earlyBring recurring themes or concerns to the EVP’s attentionClient CommunicationFollow up with clients on details, approvals, and deliverables as neededMaintain clear and professional communicationShare relevant updates internally to support alignmentContinuous ImprovementSupport improvements to internal workflows, tracking tools, and documentationParticipate in initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and communicationWho You Might Be3–5+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, client services, operations support, or a similar cross-functional roleComfortable working with multiple teams and supporting senior leadershipHighly organized, reliable, and able to manage several priorities at onceComfortable following up, asking questions, and keeping work movingClear communicator with both clients and internal teamsDetail-oriented, proactive, and thoughtful in how you approach your workBilingual in both English and FrenchLocated in Greater Montreal or surrounding areaExperience in packaging, manufacturing, design, or agency environments is an asset, but not required.This role offers room to grow in scope and responsibility over time for someone who demonstrates reliability, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.
