Gestionnaire principal(e) des opérations – Lancement et livraison de programme Lieu : Montréal, QC Mode de travail : Hybride / principalement à distance Salaire : 120 000 $ et plus par année (selon l’expérience) À propos du poste Notre client lance un programme d’envergure provinciale au Québec et est à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire principal(e) des opérations pour piloter le lancement du programme, la mise en place des opérations et la livraison continue. Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous serez responsable de concevoir, structurer, diriger et faire évoluer les fonctions de contrôle qualité (QA/QC), opérations, reddition de comptes et facturation, en étroite collaboration avec le/la directeur(trice) du programme, le client institutionnel (service public), les entrepreneurs et les parties prenantes internes. Vous agirez également comme point de contact principal du client pour tout ce qui touche au QA/QC, à la production de rapports et à la facturation. Ce poste s’adresse à une personne d’expérience ayant déjà lancé et structuré des programmes complexes, et capable de les faire évoluer à grande échelle. Responsabilités principales À titre de Gestionnaire principal(e) des opérations, vous serez appelé(e) à : • Diriger le lancement du programme, incluant la conception, la mise en œuvre et l’optimisation des processus de QA/QC, opérations, rapports et facturation • Bâtir, encadrer et mobiliser des équipes multidisciplinaires (analystes QA/QC, opérations et ressources contractuelles)• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction du programme afin d’assurer l’alignement stratégique et opérationnel • Agir comme interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) du client institutionnel pour les enjeux liés au QA/QC, aux rapports et à la facturation • Développer, implanter et maintenir des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP) pour la reddition de comptes, la facturation et la gestion des entrepreneurs • Appliquer une expertise en design de processus afin de faire évoluer les opérations vers de nouveaux territoires, volets de programme, technologies ou segments de clientèle • Collaborer avec les entrepreneurs et les équipes internes pour résoudre les enjeux logistiques et réduire les délais opérationnels • S’assurer que les services des entrepreneurs respectent les exigences contractuelles, les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et les standards de qualité • Superviser les budgets, les prévisions, la reddition de comptes et la facturation afin d’assurer une gestion financière rigoureuse • Négocier et gérer les contrats avec les fournisseurs et partenaires, en assurant la conformité et la satisfaction des parties prenantes • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à accroître la portée, l’impact et la scalabilité du programme • Gérer une équipe de 4 à 6 employés directs et de 30 à 45 ressources contractuelles indirectes, en favorisant un climat de collaboration et de performance Profil recherché Vous êtes une excellente personne candidate si vous : • Avez dirigé ou contribué de façon significative au lancement de programmes ou de services complexes • Êtes à l’aise de bâtir des structures, des équipes et des processus à partir de zéro • Combinez vision stratégique et leadership opérationnel terrain • Communiquez efficacement avec des clients seniors, des dirigeants et des partenaires externes • Évoluez bien dans des environnements en croissance rapide et en constante évolution Exigences et qualifications Les candidatures recherchées possèdent : • 7 ans et plus d’expérience en gestion des opérations, gestion de programme ou livraison de services, incluant une expérience en lancement de programme • 3 à 5 ans et plus d’expérience en gestion de personnel, incluant la gestion d’équipes internes et de ressources contractuelles • Une formation postsecondaire en administration, opérations, génie, analytique, environnement ou dans un domaine connexe (formation flexible)• Une solide expérience en mise en place et gestion de cadres QA/QC, reddition de comptes, prévisions et facturation • Une maîtrise avancée d’Excel (macros, Power Query) et de Power BI; expérience avec Salesforce ou un CRM équivalent • Une expérience avec des clients institutionnels, services publics, organismes gouvernementaux ou grandes organisations (atout)• Une expérience en efficacité énergétique, services publics, HVAC ou durabilité (atout important, mais non obligatoire) Pourquoi cette opportunité se démarque • Poste de direction clé dans le cadre d’un nouveau programme à fort impact • Occasion de façonner les opérations et les équipes dès le lancement • Forte visibilité auprès de parties prenantes seniors et de clients externes • Contribution concrète à un programme d’envergure au Québec Senior Operations Manager – Program Launch & Delivery Location: Montreal, QC Working model: Hybrid Salary: $120,000+ annually (commensurate with experience) About the role Our client is launching a large-scale, province-wide program in Québec and is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the program launch, operational build-out, and ongoing delivery. In this role, you will build, lead, and continuously enhance QA/QC, operations, reporting, and invoicing functions, working in close partnership with the Program Director, a utility client, external contractors, and internal stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the utility client on all matters related to QA/QC, reporting, and invoicing, while driving operational excellence, scalability, and program performance. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who has successfully launched and scaled complex programs, built operational teams and processes from the ground up, and partnered effectively with external clients and vendors.
