Qualifications and Attributes:

  • 2-7 years of post-call banking and financial services private practice experience from a national or reputable regional law firm.
  • Experience in acquisition financings, corporate lending transactions, project financings and other debt financing transactions;
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills;
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams;
  • Qualified to practice law in Alberta
