Your responsibility is clear: deliver measurable improvement in athlete resilience.You will:Execute 1-on-1 sessions using our structured frameworkTrain athletes to maintain focus, confidence, and composure under pressureReinforce standards, habits, and accountability across a 12-week systemTrack measurable improvements and report progressRepresent the brand athletes trust when stakes are highestThis is precision work, not performance art.
