Your new company

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading non-profit company based in Ottawa, ON. We are currently hiring a Project Support Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis of 6 months, which has the possibility of extension. This candidate will be required to work part-time hours (20-24 hours per week).


Your new role

  • Analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data to support planning recommendations.
  • Work in partnership with various groups to complete key planning documents.
  • Prioritize project management support and lead priority program development and evaluation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of action items.
  • Facilitate partner meetings and provide necessary support for effective collaboration.
  • Travel to community sites to engage with stakeholders and assess program performance


What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of Administrative or Project Management experience
  • Experience in project management, particularly in non-IT and program management.
  • Experience working on non-profit sector projects.
  • Knowledge of mental healthcare administration is an asset.
  • Background understanding of mental health-related projects is preferable.
  • Access to a vehicle for travel to community sites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional-level writing skills.
