The Associate Master Data Specialist (AMDS) plays a critical role within Global Master Data Operations (GMDO), supporting a global Product & Supply Chain organization. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality master data that enables efficient supply chain and manufacturing operations and supports the reliable delivery of medicines to patients worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end master data maintenance, including data collection, validation, cleansing, and mass updates across multiple systemsEnsure “right-first-time” data quality by performing required checks and parameter validationMeet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational timelinesIdentify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolutionAudit and reconcile data using IDQ and Veeva, ensuring data accuracy and synchronizationContribute to master data standards, templates, and governance processesSupport and drive continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, automation/RPA)Assist with training documentation and onboarding of new team membersCollaborate closely with global supply chain, manufacturing, and IT stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant diploma with equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in master data management, supply chain planning, or operationsExperience working in global Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing environmentsStrong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes (preferred)Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, PP, SD, QM, APO, TM, EWM, OMP preferred)Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel)Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Nice to HaveExperience with MDG-M and/or S/4HANAGerman language proficiencyStrong interest in data, IT systems, and modern business applications
