Job Title: Talent and Engagement Coordinator

Job-Type: Full-Time

Competitive Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience).

Job Description:

Roomvu is looking for a Talent and Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team If you're passionate about HR operations, recruitment, and fostering a great workplace culture in a fast-paced tech environment, this role is for you. You'll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR administration, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Post job openings and assist with sourcing candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication.
  • Conduct reference checks and support hiring managers.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.

HR Operations & Employee Support:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support benefits administration and assist with payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Track vacation accruals and manage employee documentation.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Support team engagement activities and company events.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and enhancing company culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and HR software.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additionally, familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is an asset, including processing payroll, tracking vacation accruals, answering employee inquiries, managing benefits, and maintaining employment records.
