At PlanIT, we specialize in delivering high-quality IT and technical talent for initiatives involving digital banking transformation, ERP programs, cyber security, infrastructure modernization, business analysis and project delivery.We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and ensure high-quality candidate delivery for our clients.QualificationsMust-HaveCandidates must be based in Ontario2–5 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).Experience with IT and technical roles.Proven success in high-volume or fast-cycle environments.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.What We OfferCompetitive compensation structureOpportunities for performance-based growthCollaborative, diverse and high-performance teamFlexibility and autonomy in managing workExposure to talent manement for reputable clients nationwideSuccess in This Role Looks Like:Consistent, high-quality candidate submissionsStrong conversion ratios (submittal → interview → placement)Excellent documentation, accuracy, and complianceSmooth communication with clients and internal teamsConsultants who feel supported, informed, and respectedRole SummaryReporting to the Director of Business Delivery, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for clients across Canada, with a focus on IT, banking, PMO, digital, and technology consulting roles.This is a high-impact position ideal for a recruiter who:Thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environmentIs comfortable handling multiple active roles at onceCan hit the ground running with minimal supervisionKey ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitmentSource, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent roles.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer.Prepare candidates for interviews and client submissions, ensuring alignment with role requirements.Build and maintain pipelines for in-demand skills (BA, PM, QA, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data, ERP, etc.).Candidate Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with consultants and contractors.Maintain regular communication with active and prospective candidates.Track contract end-dates, extensions, and redeployment opportunities.Operational ExcellenceMaintain accurate activity logs in the ATS.Track metrics: submittals, interviews, placements, extensions.Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and delivery efficiency.PlanIT is an equal opportunity employer.
