About Dentist FinderDentist Finder is a rapidly growing platform that helps patients across Canada find their ideal dentist based on their needs and preferences. We partner with dental clinics nationwide to connect them with new patients actively searching for care.As we continue to expand our integrations with clinic systems, we’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to help clinics successfully set up and connect their Practice Management Software (PMS) with Dentist Finder.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a technically skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist who can guide dental clinics through the process of installing and configuring our PMS integration on their local servers.This person will act as the technical point of contact between Dentist Finder and the clinic’s in-office IT or admin team — ensuring the integration process runs smoothly, handling setup issues, and troubleshooting any technical challenges that arise.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide dental clinics through the PMS integration setup processAssist with installation, configuration, and testing on clinic serversTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues during integrationCommunicate clearly with clinic staff to guide them through each stepCollaborate with Dentist Finder’s internal team to escalate and resolve complex issuesDocument installation steps, common issues, and best practices for internal useEnsure integrations meet security and performance standardsRequirementsStrong understanding of server environments, networking, and data connectivityExperience with Practice Management Software (PMS) used by dental clinicsProven experience in IT support, system administration, or software onboardingExcellent communication skills — able to assist non-technical users confidentlyExperience supporting or troubleshooting healthcare or dental systems is an assetReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyPosition💰 Compensation: CA $30-40/hour📍 Location: Fully remote within Canada🕓 Hours: Part-time with potential to expand as integrations scaleHow to ApplyPlease send a brief email about your relevant experience with dental PMS systems or server setup to kathan@dentistfinder.ai and continue the application process on LinkedIn.
